IS IT SAFE TO DRINK THE WATER?

You work for the EPA.  The normal safe level of Toxin A found in the drinking water is 50 ppb with a standard deviation of 8 ppb.  You sample 10 vials of water and measure the amount of Toxin A to determine if it is safe.  It is unsafe if the water tested has at least 60 ppb.

Is the water safe?  Construct a table for your decision making process and make notes on what they mean.
